Role 1: Business and Technical Analyst

Location: London Office
Job type: Permanent
Salary: £30,080.00 per annum

Main Responsibilities of the Role:

– Actively participate in the firm’s day to day business operations to identify areas of process improvement and scopes of technology integration
– Design, develop and implement various digital technology solutions
– Analyze and synthesize data to be used by the firm in its digital marketing initiatives and also create digital advertisement contents
– Develop and implement firm’s digital marketing plan, web portals etc
– Managing specific projects, develop and review the law office marketing budget
– Implement and manage various IT systems, cloud platforms and AI assisted data analytics tools

Key Skills Required:

– Excellent analytical, organizational and business management skills
– Ability to formulate and implement modern marketing strategy and excellent command over digital marketing tools to reach new clients
– Detailed understanding of laws related to Data Protection and Privacy and its implication in information storage, processing and dissemination
– Committed team player and adapt well to new challenges
– Ability to use own initiative and sound judgement
– Experience in deploying and managing various IT systems, well versed in technical terms to communicate with various IT vendors for project fulfillment
– Prior experience in server systems implementation, management and software development

– Formal education in IT or similar discipline from a reputed UK university

Role 2: Business Development Manager

Traveling: Required – upto 50% (both in and outside of UK)
Salary: £28,600.00 per annum + Travel Allowances

Main Responsibilities of the Role:

– Working closely with firm’s specialist lawyers and marketing colleagues to identify areas of business growth potentials in and outside UK and develop sales and marketing strategies accordingly
– Actively manage and take part in the firm’s day to day marketing operations, generate business leads, attend client enquiries and manage client accounts
– Conduct market research and analyse research data for developing proposals, presentations and marketing campaigns
– Develop, implement and manage firm’s digital and traditional marketing plans and campaigns
– Design and develop marketing materials for both online and offline campaigns
– Manage various IT systems, apps and websites required in the marketing campaigns

Key Skills Required:

– Excellent analytical, organizational and management skills
– Keen eyes to details in order to identify areas of business growth and opportunities
– Prior experience in senior management position related to sales and marketing
– Ability to connect and engage people from diverse background and cultures
– Motivated to travel frequently and extensively inside and outside of the UK to pursuit business leads and opportunities
– Ability to formulate and implement marketing strategy using latest digital technologies and social networking channels to reach new clients
– Creative skills in graphics and multimedia production for use in marketing campaigns
– Ability to interpret law in practical context including detailed understanding of Data Protection and Privacy laws on the context of digital marketing campaigns
– Committed team player and adapt well to new challenges and able to use own initiative and sound judgement
– Experience in managing various marketing systems and applications
– Familiar with Office applications, databases and document management skills
– Experience of working with Web Content Management Systems and Customer Relationship Management Systems will be a plus

Required Qualifications:

– A degree or above qualification from a reputed UK university
